The Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Club of Alpena is seeking a dedicated, career-oriented Chief Professional Officer to lead the agency in fulfilling its mission of providing the needed leadership, guidance, and inspiration that will help young girls and boys grow up to be responsible adults.  The successful candidate will have a BA degree, administrative experience, a demonstrated record of community-based achievement, and successful experience in raising funds.  This position requires a working knowledge of youth-related issues, strong fiscal management skills, and excellent speaking, writing, marketing, and public relations skills.  This candidate must also have a demonstrated ability to oversee a budget and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with the board of directors, the staff, community volunteers and agency funding sources.  Excellent salary with growth potential.  Send resume and references to:
